Completed in 2011, Central Phase 1 is the first phase of a transformative three-phase, 540-unit LEED Gold mixed-use development in Ottawa’s Centretown. Spanning two city blocks just south of Bank Street and Gladstone Avenue, the project reimagined a once underutilized area between the downtown core and the vibrant Glebe neighbourhood, setting a new standard for urban living in the city.
